How much will this cost?

Listings in our comprehensive directory include a narrative description paired with a square image for only $150!

We also offer a Summer Advertising Package to give your camp or summer program a marketing advantage! For a limited time, we are offering an advertising bundle that pairs your directory listing with a 2-week Featured Ad. A Featured Ad is a great way to feature your listing in our weekly eNewsletter and our website.

New this year, we are offering larger image size options as part of our advertising packages, including our popular square image and a large tile image for camps and programs wanting an additional boost to their listing and Featured Ads:

• Square Image: $275 (A savings of $25!) – up to 800W x 800H pixels

• Large Tile Image: $475 (A savings of $125!) – up to 1600W x 800H pixels

Both options reach thousands of families living in and around the region each week! Submit your directory listing below, select your image size, and let us know the date you want your 2-Week Featured Ad to appear, and we will do the rest! The same copy and image must be used for each for this package deal. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early!

How will the directory be distributed?

From early March to late August, our comprehensive summer directory is featured daily throughout our online network! A linked banner to our directory is prominently displayed in the sidebar or our website, accessible to visitors who land anywhere on our website. We also include this same linked banner each week in our weekly eNewsletter. 

Our summer advertising package gives listings an additional boost by featuring it on our website and in our eNewsletter for two weeks through our Featured Ad option.

How do I submit a listing?

To be included our 2021 Summer Directory, submit your listing below and email your image as outline on the form. Once you fill it out, click on “submit,” and email us your image, we will follow up with a confirmation, invoice/marketing plan, and a link to pay securely online via email.

How do I pay for a listing?

All listings and advertising packages must be prepaid. Once your copy and image have been received, we will follow up with an email confirmation that will include your invoice/marketing plan.

If paying by credit card, a link to pay securely online will be sent with your invoice/marketing plan.

If paying by check, remittance can be mailed with a copy of your invoice/marketing plan to: Hilltown Families, P.O. Box 332, Williamsburg, MA 01096 (Checks should be made out to: Hilltown Families)

Can I request a deadline extension while my/our program details are being finalized?

Yes! Send your request to info@hilltownfamilies.org.

What if I have multiple locations?

If you have multiple locations, you can duplicate your listing for $50 per each additional town.

What if I want to update a listing?

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, we will be supporting our advertisers with a FREE directory update credit ($25 value), so you can keep your listing in the directory up-to-date if your program needs to adapt or change due to COVID-19 restrictions. Any other updates are welcomed at any time for a fee of $25/update.

When will the directory be published?

Our comprehensive online directory will debut on March 3, 2021, and run until end of August, 2021.

Submit Your Listing

Make sure you hit the “submit” button above! You should then see a confirmation of your submitted information. After submitting, email your image to swildfield@hilltownfamilies.org as selected above. Once both are received we will follow up within 1-2 business days with a confirmation, invoice/marketing plan, and a link to pay securely online.
