A yearlong listing in our Preschool & Daycare Directory, which includes a narrative description paired with a linked banner image, starts at only $150 for the year!

Do you offer advertising packages?

Yes! We offer an advertising package that bundles your directory listing with a 2-Week Featured Ad with a savings as much as $100! Featured Ads are promoted in our popular Weekly Suggested Events web post, published every Thursday. Featured Ads are also sent to our 10,000 opt-in subscribers each week and, as a courtesy, we share listings in our directory via social media. This is an excellent way to deliver your message to thousands of families living across the region!

What are your image size options?

We have two options. A basic listing comes with a Square Tile, or you can select our premium Large Tile sized image to make your listing POP! S

Package options include:

  • PREMIUM PACKAGE: 1-Year Directory Listing + 2-Week Featured Ad (Large Tile: Up to 1600W x 800H pixels) – $500 ($100 Savings!)
  • STANDARD PACKAGE: 1-Year Directory Listing + 2-Week Featured Ad (Square Tile: Up to 800W x 800H pixels – $275 ($25 Savings!)

In our online form below, select which size banner image you want when you submit your yearlong listing, let us know the date you want your 2-Week Featured Ad to appear, and we will do the rest! Same copy and image must be used for each for this package deal.

What if I have multiple locations?

If you have multiple locations, you can duplicate your listing for $50 per each additional town.

Can I update my directory listing?

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, we will be supporting our advertisers with a FREE directory update credit ($25 value) so you can keep your listing in the directory up-to-date if your program needs to adapt or change over the course of the year! Update credits are also useful for seasonal opportunities. If you need more update credits, the cost is only $25/update.

How do I submit a listing for the directory?

To be included in our Preschool & Daycare Directory, simple fill out our online form below.

How do I pay for a listing in the directory?

Once your copy and image have been received, we will follow up with an email confirmation that will include your invoice/marketing plan and a link to pre-pay securely online. Checks are welcome. All listings must be pre-paid.

What is the deadline?

You can add your listing at any time.

Submission Form

Make sure you hit the “submit” button above! You should then see a confirmation of your submitted information. After submitting, email your banner image to swildfield@hilltownfamilies.org as selected above and we will follow up with a confirmation and invoice within 1-2 business days. (Images larger than the indicated size on any side will be sized down to proper dimension.
