Guest DJs Amyliza de Jesus and Marla Vannucci of Brighter Light Brigade talk about all the different ways you can “Express Yourself!” As moms, mental health providers, and musicians/artists, they illustrate how important it is to show others how you feel and to let your inner light shine in whatever ways are uniquely you. Amy and Marla share the Peter H. Reynolds story The Dot and some of their favorite songs. They encourage and guide listeners to reflect on the story’s lessons and the messages in these songs and incorporate them into their own lives.
