Concerts on the Amherst Common
Concerts on the Common brings free live music to the Amherst Town Common on Summer Fridays, presented by the Amherst BID. This evening features LeFever, known for upbeat folk-pop with heartfelt lyrics; Lonesome Brothers, pioneers of the Western Mass alt-country sound; and BR413, a Brazilian music group sharing songs from their homeland with audiences across the region. These performances support music studies through cultural exchange, community listening, and place-based connection. Bring a picnic or grab local takeout, and settle in as the sun sets over the common. A cash bar will be available.
