Kids’ Beginner Spanish
The South Hadley High School National Spanish Honor Society offers Kids’ Spanish Lessons that help children explore world languages through play, creativity, and learning together. Student mentors lead the sessions, using games and hands-on projects to help kids build vocabulary and feel more confident speaking. Learning a new language early can boost memory, encourage flexible thinking, and introduce children to new cultures and ways of communicating. This program shows how learning from peers can improve language skills and bring the community closer. The program focuses on world languages, cultural literacy, language learning, and learning by doing. – Grades 1-3.
