Reading in Forts at the Easthampton Public Library
After hours, the library turns into a world of imagination with blankets, flashlights, and books. Reading in Forts invites participants to build cozy reading spots inside the library, then settle in with stories and snacks. Libraries are often called a “third space,” a welcoming place beyond home and work where people connect. This playful evening supports early literacy and highlights the joy of reading in shared spaces that belong to everyone. Bring sheets and pillows. Flashlights provided or bring your own. – Registration required.
