At Roots, they believe that gymnastics programs offer the baseline for development in all sports by teaching the foundations of coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and general fitness. This is accomplished in a safe and fun environment following a professional curriculum specifically created to meet the needs of children of varying ages. Their Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics program is designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development in children from 6 months to 6 years old and up. Class offerings extend into school-age recreational programs in the areas of Gymnastics, Tumbling, Trampoline, Ninja Obstacles, and so much more. They have year-round open enrollment, and new students can join anytime.
