Hilltown Families’ annual Class Directory is a trusted resource for families seeking learning opportunities for all ages in Western Massachusetts, including classes, enrichment programs, tutoring services, and private lessons.

Our annual Class Directory connects families with the best educational opportunities in the region, making it easier to explore and engage in learning experiences.

- must be written in 3rd person with proper punctuation
- have no words in all upper case and only one exclamation mark per occurrence
- can be up to 750 characters, with spaces included in the character count.

Please ensure your listing is evergreen and does not reference specific seasons, as it will be displayed throughout the year.

Directory Listings Each listing includes a narrative description and a linked image, with two placement options:

How will the directory be distributed?

Our Class Directory is featured across our entire online network.

It’s easily accessible from every page of our website, with a prominent link in the main navigation. We also highlight it weekly with a linked banner in our Thursday eNewsletter.

Our Class Directory advertising package includes a featured listing in our Weekly Suggested Events, a spotlight in our eNewsletter, and the option to appear on our homepage for one to four weeks through a Featured Ad.

How do I submit a listing?

Create your listing using our online form.

We’ll follow up within two business days with a confirmation email that includes your invoice, marketing plan, and payment instructions.

How do I pay for a listing?

All listings and advertising packages must be prepaid. Once we receive your copy and image, you’ll receive an email with your invoice and marketing plan.

Paying by credit card? A secure payment link will be included with your invoice.

Paying by check? Please mail your payment along with a copy of your invoice to:

Should I reserve space while my/our program details are being finalized?
Yes! Send your request to hilltownfamilies@gmail.com.
What if I have multiple locations?

If you have multiple locations, you can duplicate your listing for $50 per each additional town.

What if I want to update a listing?

We offer a one-time FREE directory listing update credit ($25 value), so you can keep your listing in the directory up-to-date if your listing needs to adapt or change. Any other updates are welcomed at any time for a fee of $25/update.
