And across that span of time, it’s raised the same questions we debate now: Is it art? Is it vandalism? Kelly Wall describes the history of graffiti.

Featured community highlight this week: The field of robotics may seem sophisticated and intimidating; however, robotic machines don’t have to be very complex. Even kids can learn to make them! Robots are simply machines programmed to perform a task or series of tasks. A makerspace workshop at the Dickinson Memorial Library on Saturday, July 29, 10am-12pm will teach participants ages eight through eighteen how to design their own 3-D printed image.
