Performances Friday-Sunday at 7pm. Sunday matinee performance at 2:30pm. Takes place at Berkshire South Community Center. Great Barrington, MA ($)

7:30-8:30pm – ASTRONOMY: Students from Williams College’s astronomy program present a planetarium show tonight!  Held at the Milham Planetarium, the show will teach families about the many shiny things they see in the sky at night – they’re not all stars and planets!  Depending on weather conditions, observing may take place after the show.  413-597-3131.  829 Main Street.  Williamstown, MA.  (FREE)

8pm – MUSIC STUDIES: UMass welcomes Mohan Veena and Tabla, a performance by Vishwa Bhatt, one of the best slide guitar players in the world.  The concert, which will take place at the university’s Fine Arts Center Music Concert Hall, will include lots of traditional Hindustani music – beautiful, and from a fascinating culture! Best for older students or children with audience skills. 800-999-8627.  151 President’s Drive.  Amherst, MA.  ($$)
