  1. My 4 year old goes to bed at 7 and gets up at 6:30. My 8 year old goes to bed at 7:30 (lights out at 8:30) and we get him up at 7.

  2. 4.5 month old, seems to be on the sun’s schedule, early to bed early to rise: usually goes to bed between 5:30 and 6:30 depending on naps and gets up between 5:30 and 6:30. My husband and I are up early so it works perfect for our family!
