Western MA songwriter Dennis Caraher is our guest DJ this week! The last time Dennis was on our show was nearly six years ago when HFVS debuted on April 3rd, 2007!  Dennis’s records for children have won two Parents’ Choice Gold Medal Awards and his poetry has been featured by Garrison Keillor on The Writer’s Almanac. This week he plays songs that have inspired him and talks about writing songs. He also, while broadcasting, has written a completely new song. Listen in to see what he came up with.
