  1. Dr.Bell and Dr. Hannah from Fairview Pediatrics in Chicopee… We travel from Huntington for this practice amazing group of Dr.s!

  2. Dr. Marc McDermott at Northern Berkshire Pediatrics is wonderful. We had to see him when my son was sick because his doctor was on sabbatical and by the end of the appointment we switched doctors. He always focuses on my son as the patient and asks follow up questions with me. He’s been doing that since that first day when he was 2. He listens to us and does not over medicate, in my experience. At least with us, he’s comfortable telling us it needs to run its course instead of feeling like he has to prescribe something as some other doctors do. While he does recommend vaccines, he is respectful of alternative choices and has experience diagnosing and treating normal childhood illnesses. He always makes us feel comfortable with any treatment needed and never rushes us out the door.

  3. Dr. Kisiel at Berkshire Osteopathic Health in Pittsfield. He’s great with families and uses alternative medicine first, when applicable.

  4. Amherst Peds. Love them! We see Dr Hickman primarily, and he is knowledgeable, open minded, and extremely kid friendly. I’ve been so happy with this recommendation.

  5. Have to agree with the rave reviews of Northampton Area Pediatrics (in the Northampton office). Have had wonderful experiences with all the docs we’ve seen and really, really like Dr. Amanda Barnhart. Wonderful, gentle way with our 1.5 year olds.

  6. We love Dr. Scott Lemme at Pediatric Associates of Hampden County, Westfield office. He never makes you feel rushed, answers all your questions, is caring and gentle, and if he doesn’t know something, he’ll admit it and research it and get back to you!

  7. We’re very happy with Hampshire Pediatrics (Drs. Jennifer and Sue) and their nursing staff.

  8. We love, love, love Dr. Fernandez!!! We drive 40 min. to see him and it’s totally worth it.

  9. I love Greenfield Pediatrics! I personally take my kids to Dr. Roberts, but Dr. Fernandez is great too (especially when it comes to alternative vaccination choices) and Dr. Solo-Gomez is a breastfeeding advocate. The practice is Western, for sure, but I’ve never gotten a hard time about any of our choices or use of complementary modalities.

  10. Dr Jennifer & Dr Sue @ Hampshire Pediatrics in Easthampton have my vote! After being unhappy with another Pedi in the area, they were recommended to us. Thank goodness we switched – my kids love them!
