Mini pitas stuffed with tuna salad (chunk light line-caught tuna, Drew’s Smoked Tomato dressing, chopped crunchy veg. like snap peas from the garden), or hummus and olive tapenade with sliced cherry tomatoes. A sunflower butter and banana sandwich on whole grain bread. My sons also enjoy cooked carrot sticks and lots of interesting fresh fruit.
