Pizza & Cake

Bread Euphoria Cafe & Bakery in Haydenville, MABread Euphoria owners, Mark and Geri Pollard, like to keep things simple. They never compromise the quality or purity of their ingredients. Most of their breads do not use commercial yeast, preferring the flavor provided by natural starters and a long fermentation. They use organic and locally grown ingredients whenever possible, and all of their meats are natural and roasted in-house. Soups, sauces, dressings and accompaniments are made fresh daily from scratch. They pride themselves on the variety of their products, from beautifully prepared standards like baguettes or croissants to dynamic new combinations in their cakes, pizzas, sandwiches and scones.

Belonging to a community of small farms and locally-owned food producers, Mark and Geri are proud to be part of their local food culture, providing  families with delicious sandwiches, pizza, breads, baked goods, and seasonal specials that are both great-tasting and nutritious. 206 Main St. (Route 9). Just over/before the Northampton line. www.BreadEuphoria.com
