ABOUT BRADY RYMER
Brady Rymer’s rollicking, roots-y tunes resonate through American culture, bringing an honest, joyful spirit to music for all generations; “his music has a rock ‘n’ roll heart,” wrote The New York Times. Brady’s newest CD, Here Comes Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could, marks his debut recording with the band he’s brought on the road since 2005. Combining a feel-good R&B foundation with traditional acoustic arrangements and a scoop of sunny 70’s optimism, they’ve created a modern American roots sound for families everywhere; the Little Band That Could “might just be the best-sounding band in children’s music,” according to Stefan Shepherd on NPR’s All Things Considered.
ABOUT THE NO NAP HAPPY HOUR CONCERT SERIES
The No Nap Happy Hour concert series has been featuring the kinds of bands that seem to have taken their cue from They Might Be Giants in believing that kids’ music doesn’t have to condescend or, well, suck. The Iron Horse teamed up with WRSI radio program for kids, Spare The Rock, Spoil The Child, and presented a monthly Sunday afternoon concert for kids at the Iron Horse for the past year. Many fantastic acts have come through, including Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, Gustafer Yellowgold, AudraRox, Bill Harley, Justin Roberts, Lunch Money, Uncle Rock and the Deedle Deedle Dees.

My wife Laine and daughters Lucia and Naila and I love live music! Hope to attend this concert!
Brady Rymer and The Little Band that Could is an amazing tribute to the childhood experience and a great reminder to adults about what childhood is all about. So impressed by Brady’s ability to capture the magic that children experience everyday through their imagination, their relationships, and their individuality. Best album for children ever written. . .I mean it.
