  1. Hi all,

Just a quick note to remind you of Earth Hour/Sustainability Concert
this Saturday at 7:30 at the Cummington Community House. (Donations $1
    – $10, sliding scale).

There will be information about local food, local groups and local
places that contribute to the culture and economy that is growing here
in the Hilltowns — that will help us make the transition to a more
    sustainable way of life.

My wonderful musician friends Sean Kimball, Josh Wachtel and Kim Wachtel
will be joining me for a set that should be both fun and quite
    beautiful. I’m loving the music!

Tina Clarke, of the Transition Towns movement will be there and will tell us what it is about. And others will give brief updates on what is happening with the Creamery Coop, the West Cummington Church, Hilltown Sustainability Group, Berkshire Trail School, Hilltown Permaculture Group and EarthSpirit’s “Sacred Land” Open Houses.

Hope to see you there. Happy Spring!

    Sarah
