  5. How much snow does it usually take before places in Western MA like this closes schools or has 2/hr delay? Are 2/hr delays (late start) are more common then closures as I am sure the roads get pretty dangerous there in rural areas.

    I am sure the cities are pretty good at keeping up with the snowfall
