Fridays Menu (09/28)
We have:
- Kielbasa of the same guy who Elmer’s sausage patties makes! (with caramelized onions!) or vegetarian sausage without meat!
- German Potatosalad!
- Home made German chunky Applesauce!
- Sweet and Sour cabbage!
- and for dessert: Comes the IceCreamMan already again!
- And Susanne makes a Chocolate Ginger Bundt Cake!
Please! Leatherpants wear and tubas withbring! We will many fun have!
I have me the leg broken! That is not true, but the construction of such a sentence in German very comical is, and so I wanted it to say!
And now have we the Englishspeakingreturn!
The Goats Will Rise Again:
Some goats wandered in this week and brought some cheese with them, along with some made by their bovine friends and some by their sheepish friends.
We also have brie again, although it is not from Goat Rising.
Halloween Cards:
I know it’s not yet October, but we have four designs of Halloween cards that are reproductions of cards that were sent to young residents of Ashfield in 1909 and 1911. The sale of them benefits the Ashfield Historical Society. They’re cool—and some of them are really weird! WHAT were they thinking back then??? Really weird stuff!
Fall Festival:
The Elmer’s schedule will be as such:

The store will be open all day for drinks, crafts, groceries and all the other things we have.
Upcoming Events:
